Nemo


Born and raised in the small but creatively rich Swiss city Biel, Nemo gained international recognition after winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. Making a lasting impression not only with their captivating performances and distinctive sound but also through advocating for inclusivity and representation within the music industry and beyond. 

With a curious and longing mindset, Nemo soaks up inspiration, ideas, and inputs around them as they become a part of their expression. Nemo’s sound encaptures an eclectic mix, drawing influences from various decades of pop and rock music mixed with electronic. Through merging and exploring sounds and concepts, they create with introspective lyrics and infectious melodies that feel simultaneously nostalgic and avant-garde, inviting listeners into a world of boundless energy whilst reflecting a broad range of emotions and refusing to be scared of vulnerability.

Inspired by the liberating movements and British subcultures of the 70s, Nemo’s look can be tied back to the power of personal taste and individualism within a mix of references and inspirations – all rooted in the belief that the status quo is in desperate need for someone to challenge it.

Nemo is currently writing their new chapter out of a small apartment in east London as they push creative boundaries and experiment with new styles within the musical sphere.

A new era of control and chaos, influence and output, research and expertise arises.
